Default CVO Twist grip Sensor& Heated Grips

Searched numerous Rushmore threads on the cvo sensor but saw no mention in the wiring or if the pin/s for the kill switch wire,Do they have to be changed like the sensor plug also?
TIA

The twist grip sensor and kill switch harness' are completely seperate. The connector on the kill switch harness will need to be disassembled in order to pull them thru handlebars.

Nothing needed disassembled in my bars. It depends on the year. 16s have the small plug. No need to de-pin anything. Not the case on 14 and 15 I know. Just pointing something out.

The CVO throttle wire harness currently being sold (or should I say that was sold last year when I switched handlebars) is for the pre-Rushmore bikes. It will work on the Rushmore bikes but the connector is opposite for pre/current Rushmore bikes - If I remember correctly on the Pre Rushmore bikes the connector off the throttle wire harness is male & on the bike it's the female - on the Rushmore it is opposite - Female off the throttle wires & male on the bike. You would need to take off your old connector, de-pin the CVO connector and switch it - just make sure you put the pins in the correct way - you can make the switch and quick test it before you run the wires thru the bars

To those of you who have used the CVO sensor with heated grips
Finally have a CVO sensor on the way now the question what about the
heated grip connection, Do I need to change any pins or connections there?
