Mine comes out on the left side just below the seat. With the stock seat it was tucked between the grab strap and seat. When I changed to the Mustang seat I did away with grab strap and it is now tucked between driver and passenger seat
That is what I did to the dealer add on pigtail. The stock one is still behind the left side side cover.
Hey, I like your setup. Where did you get the that connector, and I assume it goes directly to your battery. Why did you leave the OEM connector there?? Seems redundant.

I got the connector off eBay its called a bulkhead. I made a mounting plate for it and bolted it to an existing hole in the frame. I suppose it is redundant, but I didn't even know there was an oem connector for a while.
mines tucked under the font seat towards the front, well hidden and i just pull it out when i need it , i have to run mine over the seat so its in the spot i need due to my outlet in the garage

My OEM has a blinking red light on it, and three wires, it was forever till I fan up from it to the battery to be convinced it's the Tender Jack.
I mounted a 12V outlet under the seat area bolted to the underside of the frame. It is the one that is supposed to go in your left saddlebag. I use it for GPS or phone charging. I didn't want to drill holes so I mounted it and use the pigtail to power it when riding. Unplug it and zip tie it to the left bag rail when I put up and used tender.
Mine comes out the left side above the frame, under the seat.I attach it to the left saddlebag guard when riding.Wrap the rubber loop of the cover for the pigtail around the guard when riding.I can show You a picture if You don't folllow.
Same Here, ran along the frame & I just tuck it up under the seat when riding.
