I have a 14 SG with 6.5 boom box upgrade. When my phone rings everything works correctly however I need to be stopped with the engine off to hear the ring in the headset (I've added the headset audio feature too) If I'm underway I can't hear it at all. The call volume is fine but I can't find a place to increase the ring tone volume?
The gps and tuner volumes are fine, all the problems seem related to the phone.
Also when I play albums from the Iphone the volume is too low and I have to bump it all the way up to hear it.

Try this, have someone call you and while the phone is ringing use the left joystick to increase the volume. It works on other volume applications on the bike...good luck!
Same thing with the GPS voice. You have to hit the volume switch while the voice is issuing its directional commands. Took me awhile to figure that out!
Check the moon IPhone
That happened to me and I discovered on my IPhone the moon icon had my sound off. It is where you turn the flash light on. Turn the moon off. It is meant to silence your phone when sleeping.
