hello, i have a 2014 streetglide i got used and opened up the fairing and noticed i have a alpine power pack that adds for amps to the stock radio yet the speakers are stock what are the best 6.5 speakers that would sound loud n clear any suggestions?? thnx in advance
Honestly, the cheapest route is to wear ear plugs. The reason why people upgrade their stereos is because they're competing with wind noise. And then they're just accelerating their own hearing loss. If you greatly reduce the wind noise with ear plugs, you can hear the stock system much much better. There's absolutely no need to spend hundreds of dollars when the stock system is more than sufficient.

Totally agree. Ear plugs help hear the radio much better.
Couldn't the same be said for the motor, exhaust, suspension, lights, etc....
As an example, here's the difference between the "more than sufficient" stock HD speaker and a couple of decent upgrade options.
OP - head over to the Audio section of the forum and they'll get you pointed in the right direction (after finding out exactly what's under the hood)
Yes I'm serious. You could make that argument for the engine and exhaust, but the lights are much less efficient than a good set of LEDs. And the suspension on Harleys has always been dog ****. Upgrading those actually makes a significant difference. If someone wants to waste money on the stereo, it's their coin. I'm just recommending the cheapest option to hear the stereo better. But I'm not a picky about my music as others. As long as I can hear it, I'm happy. I don't need other people to hear it.
