So I recently installed the sirius xm module and now every time I start the bike the stereo plays a different format, not the one that was on when the bike is shut off. Always random, sometimes its am radio which I never listen to.
I am running 1.20.1 and everything was good until the xm install.
Do any of the new firmware updates address this without creating new issues!
I would at least install 120.3, the newest doesn't allow you to check oil pressure with info screen unless the radio is on.
My experience with XM is that under 120.3 it will go that if last used, but could be an issue if the radio xm signal is being blocked.
Same type issue with blu tooth connection to an iphone, repairing has to take place, sometimes that issue along with xm radio signal being blocked causes the boom to take AM or even WB.
Not sure it will fix this issue but there is a newer version of the software available on line. This was a common problem with the new radio early on when it was released. I've been buying Rushmores since 2014 and have had several.
