I am jealous. Back in my day I could only afford the add on under the dash 8 tracks! $39.00 at K-mart plus a nice pair of speakers up in the rear glass.

ah but before that was the 4 track, when the local dealer would copied music onto a 4 track in the back room. Record companies put a stop to that pretty fast. Although before my time and that's along time ago, the record player under the dash, big and chrome I remember, in the 50's maybe.
