New antenna, new radio. No change. That's odd. Only thing left that I could think of would be the antenna placement or interference from something like an amp??
Edited
Is the issue still of the time to locate sat or it being off on your location? Mine has always taken a couple min to lock on satellites before it'll work.

I moved the antenna up to the dash, as far away from the amp as I could. It does eventually lock on to satellites, and works fine once it does, but it takes 3-5 minutes to lock on. Makes it tough to lead group rides.
On long stretches of road I try to adjust the magnification by setting the view to a very wide area to see upcoming turns, towns, etc. It always goes back to a very narrow view withing a few seconds. The narrow view only shows a small area view, like two or three city blocks. I've tried both 2D and 3D view but doesn't help.
Is there a way to expand the view and keep it like that so it doesn't revert to the small area? It's a '14 SGS with the 6.5 Boom Infotainment. Thanks.

Do you have Auto-Zoom turned on? It will do this if A/Z is on, IIRC you can turn it off by going into that little box (3 lines) on the navi screen, scrolling down to "preferences" and turning A/Z off.
I'm having the exact same problem with my 2017 Road Glide Infotainment system. The GPS thinks I'm 48-60 miles away -- which obviously makes navigation quite useless. I brought it in to HD when the bike was still under warranty, and they did some software update that corrected the problem...temporarily. Pisses me off to have a GPS system that DOES NOT WORK,
