Default Comfortable Body position

Hi all

I can't seem to get comfortable on my 2015 Road King after riding 20 minutes into my 30 mile commute, which 20 of them are on the highway. I have the Hammock seat and have the stock handlebars set as close to me without the handlebars hitting the tank.

Everytime I ride I seem to default my forward body position. Like Im on a sport touring position. I straighten my back upright and move back a bit, but a few minutes later I end up crouching my body forward again and somehow my feet moved back too without even noticing. I feel that I need the handlebars about an inch or 2 closer to me to be comfortable.

Any suggestions if they make longer handlebars or would I need to get a reduced reach bar?

Khrome Werks 2+2 Narrow sweepers did it for me. Up 2" and back 2".

The hammock seat is great but it does raise you up and back from stock. I'm also a very happy customer of khrome werks 2+2.

I was getting numbing in my fingers, and shoulder pain, until I installed the 2 + 2 narrow sweepers. After trial and error, I have them bolted on at about a 45° angle.

Look at the Wild Ones web site they have a great selection of bars and are happy to help you pick the correct bars for you.
I went with the Wild one 579 Bagger bars
I did the change myself no problems.

I would suggest trying different bars on the same bike as yours if possible. Maybe at your dealer or at a bike night. Most folks are nice enough to let you sit on there bike with them there of course. you can also have a buddy or the dealership guys measure you in your comfortable sitting position on your bike. Put your hands where it feels comfortable then have them measure the distance from your current bars. This will give you an idea of where your new bars should be.
