If you're able, you might try upping the fitness of your back and belly muscles through some simple at-home exercises or at the gym. If you have a beer-gut, get rid of it!
I suffered with lower back pain for 15+ years till I finally got into better shape at the suggestion of a physical-therapist friend.
Decades pain-free now, riding, driving, walking etc. Best move I ever made - and free, to boot! You can't really "buy your way" out of poor conditioning and all the health issues and aches and pains that are associated with it.
If you're already physically fit and not overweight, then I got nothin'.

I use to get butt burn toward the end of a long day in the saddle. I just finished a 2500 mile ride with new Yaffe12's and was comfortable the whole time. No more monkey butt!
