Default 2015 street glide crossover pipe help

So, My crossover pipe keeps sliding down about a 1/4in from the top of where its supposed to be. I inserted a new gasket and tightened the heck out of it. I have made sure every bolt is very tight but still slips down quarter inch after I ride. Is the pressure from the exhaust pushing it? I will mention that to put a new gasket in the pipe I had to bend the tabs out pretty far just so I could get the new gasket in without destroying it. Also it seemed the old gasket sat farther in the pipe than this one and this gasket sticks out a little because it was really hard to get it in all the way. Please any help would be nice

2 questions

Do you have the support bracket that attaches to the bottom of the engine?
Is it leaking?

yes support bracket is holding pipe up and is tightened down. Idk if it’s leaking I would have to spray some soapy water on it or something to see if it bubbles
but it still shouldn’t slide like that off. Damn thing

Just looking at your photos, it doesn't appear you have the female end slid far enough onto the male end up to that flange. Also, have you re-used the clamp? I know people have re-used them, but it is recommended a new clamp be installed or else they may not have enough clamping force to hold properly.

my issue is that the female end slides down the male end after I ride. So I pushed the female end all the way to where it’s supposed to be and tightened down. But after riding I noticed it slides down to where it is in the pics.

i have reused the metal clamps. I figured they last forever it’s just metal clamping down right how could it go bad??

If you look at a new clamp compared to a used clamp, you'll see how the old clamp has deformed from tightening. Once it's deformed, it doesn't have the same clamping force as a new one. At least, that's my understanding and I may be completely wrong, so take it for what it's worth. FYI, I have reused clamps, but the max is twice. When I install a new one, I use the lowest torque value specification and when I reuse them, I use the highest torque value specification. They're cheap, so I keep a couple on hand just in case.

I think I paid like $6 each for my clamps. Where are you looking?

For the time being, you could try making some aluminum shims from a soda or beer can.
