Perch mount upside down on 10” bars. It’s a ball mount. Doesn’t block any view controls or gauges when riding and below the fairing.(picture angle makes it look like it does)
I have searched quite a bit on something that would work for me & my wife on long rides and tried plastic clamp mount which flew off while on a trip. I then got a RAM cup mount and the piece that house water bottle flew off while I was in Lake Havasu, AZ. I had blue locitite and still screw came lose and lost it on the freeway. Now I got a Kruzer Kaddy and mounted on crash bar on the left side and recently added a Large cup mount on the right side of the crash bar that will hold 32 oz steel bottle. Circle K plastic hard cup flew out of Kruzer Kaddy when it was emptied but as long as it has liquid the weight held the cup down so now I use small bungee cords to keep the emptied cup in it. The one on the right side that house 32 oz bottle works great as steel bottle is heavy and snug fit.
I will get pictures of how I have them setup and share.....stay tuned!
For longer trips and for my Iron Butt rides I go this route. (not shown in the pic is the drink tube that gets inserted into it)
Bolts to the passenger floor board and holds a 1/2 gallon igloo.
