2016 Street Glide Running On One Cylinder

Khrome Works 2 into 2
Heavy Breather
Andres 57 cams
Adjustable Pushrods
TTS Tuner
Tuned on Dyno
4800 miles on bike
Riding today getting into it pretty good bumping limiter up to 6th gear. Around 4800 in 6th gear bike bogs down no smoke or strange noises. seems to be running on one cylinder. Getting code P1353, P0502 and P0503
Wont start or stay running except at half throttle.

Any ideas what might be going on?

Check plug wires?
Sounds like the front cylinder plug wire may have rubbed through where it contacts the gas tank.
Codes are:
P1353 - no combustion in front cylinder
P0502 - VSS failed low
P0503 - VSS failed high
