16 FLHXS headlight mounting ring

So I'm having issues with my headlight. It's aimed to low and sketches me out riding in the back roads in the rain to the ferry every morning. The problem being, I stripped out the adjustment screw. I pulled the ring off and tried tightening the nut on the back of the ring with no success, so I figured I would just replace the entire mounting ring. It seems to be about a $25 part from the MoCo. But fitment seems to stop at ’13. I know there was some changes in the fairing in the Rushmore models but shouldn't the headlight use the same mounting ring?

Item 33 is the power outlet on the fairing.
