the 2019 shim is thicker than previous bike's, moves the engagement point closer to the grip, its like 20 bucks. I found out about it here a while back. the rekluse makes the pull some 40% lighter, it was a huge difference, i took my bike in for service, and the manager comes running out asking me what i did to my clutch lol. they were all raving about it.

Ok so the Rekluse alone, does not move the engagement point? Will the shim from the 2019 fit a '14? The Rekluse is not cheap, but that would be a easier fix.

yes, I did the shim on my 18, about a year later i added the rekluse slave.

I don't know but i doubt it, here is the shim i used.

I was just at the dealer Fri. Got gaskets for my rocker bushing install. Might just as well get the shim and do it all at once. Thanks for the link and info.
