What'd you pay
Bike has 36K miles, are there other parts that should be replaced?
Thanks....
This is work you should be able to do yourself in order to save a pretty big chunk of change.
I just noticed you are riding a 2016. Most people here will tell you that changing the cams alone on a 103HO won't yield much results. You should probably plan on boring your cylinders to 107" if you are looking for more power. Might not be the worst idea on a 5-year-old motor with 36k on it anyways.

A good cam and a good tune will give you a noticeable seat of the pants increase in performance.... you mentioned a "torque cam", so I am guessing you want low-mid range torque, rather than high RPM ..
Andrews 48 or Cycle Rama 570-2 cams, with a good tune, would give you a good bump in performance. Obviously, going big bore, like a 107" kit, will increase the seat of the pants power... but also cost..
The only other thing to change at that time would be the inner cam bearings as a "while you're in there" upgrade, and definitely replace the crappy "C" lifters with something better (which would be just about anything). I use Johnson Hylift lifters form WFO Larry (Larry's motorcycle and machine / http://www.larrysmotorcyclemachine.com/lifters.html) although I've heard he is limited in what he can supply currently due to Covid messing up the supply lines.
While they can be cool and nice, there is no NEED to upgrade the OEM cam plate or oil pump. If you have money left over from the cams, inner cam bearings, and lifters.... I'd add some head work into the mix..
The best bang for the buck..... would be to decide what you want to accomplish, how much you want to spend, and contact one of the forum sponsor shops. They can give you what you want, with a combo of parts that work well together. They can also give you options at different price points. They can do the work for you, and most can supply "kits" to get you to your goal if you want to do the work.... BUT don't forget... the tune is very important... don't shortchange the tune aspect of the "build"
Some shops with very good reputations: FuelMoto (WI), Hillside Cycles (NY), GMR (TX), or Pro Twin Performance (GA)... There are others too, those just came to mind. I have done most of my mods with the assistance of FuelMoto..
