Going to take the plunge and install a new set on my 2014 FLHTK. Looking at Khromeworks 2+2 Sweeper or 2+2 Stretch. Just tired of the OEM reach being hunched over and the pain between my shoulder blades on longer trips. Pretty much just want to sit up straighter. Not sure I like the more severe wrist angle of the Narrow Sweepers. Want to use stock cables and add electrical extensions if applicable. No extended clutch cable if I can re route. Any feedback would greatly be appreciated.
I went with the 2+2 Narrow Sweepers on my 15 FLHTKSE and I'm happy with my decision. I'm 5'8, 32 sleeve length and lock to lock turns are a lot easier and I'm not leaning forward while riding.
Just sat on my bike and did a rough measure. For me to sit upright and comfortable looks like I need 2” up and 2 inches back. Do you have the narrrow or wide? Stock handlebar width is fine with me. How about the wrist angle on your bars? More or less than stock. Thanks for your input.
I did the 2+2 stretch a few days ago and like them. I started out with them all the way forward and ended up moving them back about an inch after a couple of rides. It really is a whole different bike and I'm still getting used to it.
I had the same problem (getting old) in my shoulders, so I put a set of Z Bars made by some famous bike builder and can't remember his name. I did the 10" no need the change the cables maybe they were 12' s anyway it worked shoulders no longer bother me .
Here's both the sweeper (26.4ş) & stretch (25.5ş). Not sure what the stock bars are, but I'm sure the wrist angle is "flatter" on both of these.
On my previous 2012 UC, I had Khromewerks Bobber Style that had 30.4ş wrist angle which were flatter than stock and super comfortable for me. These are both even flatter.

I think I would prefer the 30.4° angle, but I just put mine on and don't even have 100 miles on them yet due to weather. The Stretch bars put the wrists much closer to parallel with the fairing than the stock bars.
