Default New FLHTP pics

Just wanted to share. Traded my Twin Cam Road King in for my police Electra Glide. I’m still adjust to some changes, but overall I really love this motorcycle. I’m debating whether or not to replace the stock exhaust. I’d really like something slightly louder than stock but not too loud.

I'm really happy with a set of CVO take-off mufflers on my Road King FLHP.

Your FLHP looks great. I followed your thread, and it was very influential in my decision. Do the CVO slip ons sound different?

I did not ride my bike with the stock mufflers. Based on how my bike sounds compared to stock touring bikes that I have heard, I think the CVO mufflers have a deeper tone. To me they have a very pleasing sound and character making the bike fun to ride at all speeds. I can use a lot of throttle and not attract unwanted attention (police).

I went with the SE's Street Cannon Performance Slip On Mufflers. They are a little louder than stock with a deep throaty sound.

Agreed. On my 107, they're louder than stock without being obnoxiously loud. However, with the stage II torque cam, the decibels will jump up when hard on the throttle.

Oh, and the police bikes above look awesome!

Thank you. I can already tell there’s a difference from the TC 103

What type of license plate bracket is that? I just got my FLHTP today and really want to move the plate so I can dismount the rack. Thanks

Honestly it’s a Harley bracket used for the ultra limiteds to be able to,take the tour packs off. I don’t have the part number right now, but I can look. I’m not sure if I’m going with that or something else.
