I have an 18 FLHTK. I mostly commute to work 72 miles a day. Speed from 65-75/80 depending on what freeway I'm on ( don't want to get run over )
Mods:
Jackpot 2/1/2 with Reinhardt slip-ons
ACDC air filter
Power vision with target tune.
No matter how many auto tune sessions I run, I get approx. 38mpg. Just cant seen to get any higher. I've gone back to a stock tune, used the stock air filter, still around the same. So either my riding habits really suck ( probably, but I don't ride it like a sport bike ) or I think there may be other issues. Then again, that may just be normal. Hopefully next year Ill do the 124 kit and cam swap. I'm sure mileage will improve then, LOL
2018 Road Glide M8 107 with Andrews M460 cam, S&S Stealth air cleaner and cat removed from OEM head pipe with OEM mufflers. Tuned with Dynojet PV-2B from FuelMoto. One up mostly flat land, if I accelerate normally and cruise at 70-75 I can get 42 mpg and comfortable 200 miles before looking to refuel. But it doesn't take many WOT passing or hard acceleration to knock that down below 40 mpg.
I use an app called Simply Auto to track my mileage. 2021 Street Glide, changed air cleaner, mufflers, removed cat, and the basic SE tune. Per the app, I average 45.6mpg overall, Usually 43-46 around town, and 50 or better on longer highway trips. I try to avoid in town riding as much as possible... and this is what I was getting with my 2013 SG as well.

I got that app as well. I only got 40 once in the last year. 36-38 highway about 28-30 around town. Guess I need to figure out whats going on. The consensus seems above 40.
I fill up, bike says I can go about 252 miles -so, that is about 42 mpg. Around half full, I try to fill up unless I am around town.
On the highway and even back roads over 45, I am usually on cruise - and, I have a trike. Fill up when I park the bike in the garage - ready for the next tide.
In short, I really don't know what I get. Just love to ride and am already planning trips for next year. Thinking aboit Lake George, NY and have already planned for Milwaukee in July.
