Has anyone used the HD garage door opener with the newer LiftMaster openers? I have the HD opener for about 15+ years and it worked well with my Craftsman opener. I just replaced the opener with LiftMaster and I see the instructions for the HD opener says it will not work with LiftMaster. I do not have the bike home yet from storage, so I can't really try anything yet. Just wondering if there is something else on the market that will work with this new opener. Anyone tried anything yet?

I have my opener connected to my home wifi. I use an iPhone, so I just tell Siri to open or close the door. Works at any distance from home and tells you the status of the door in the app or HomeKit.
I have android, almost always have it with me. But 99.9% of the time it is in my belt holster. So I do not have quick access to it. Is there a work around for this? I think I can blue tooth or get access to the opener with my phone, but not entirely sure!!! Plus I'm not what you would call computer literate! I may have to have the kids or grandkids help me!!!
I just installed the new H-D "Garage Door Opener with HomeLink" on my 2023 UL and so far it works great. It doesn't require an intermediate receiver and is compatible with "most home garage door openers and gate systems, including ChamberlainŽ, LiftMaster Ž, and CraftsmanŽ brands." It even has two channels that allow it to open two different devices using the "Flash to Pass" switch on your bike. (Flash to Pass on my bike is the low beam switch)
Installation of the module and transmitter under the left side cover was easy and took less than 30 minutes and programming was equally easy. It's a bit pricy at $265 but it works. It's only available in-store but my local dealer had one in stock.
Be sure to read the fitment details closely, some modes require the purchase of an additional connection harness. (Mine didn't)
Saw that....does not work for my bike...2021 Street Glide. The site says 23-24 and newer, so I assume it has something to do with an upgraded electronics on the new bikes.

There are two new ones. I think the one referenced, part# 41001192 is for your bike.
'14-'23 Touring (excluding '23-later FLHXSE, FLTRXSE, '24-later FLHX, FLTRX and FLTRXSTSE) and '24 FLHRXS, FLHTK, and FLTRK. '18-'20 Softail and '14- '20 Touring and Trike require separate purchase of P/N 69203201.
Contact these guys, they offer several different interface modules.
You'll likely need the model number of your new Liftmaster, along with the part number of your HD opener.
Thanks for the info Lowbar and Barney. I'll look into those. I'll be getting bike out of storage in couple weeks, so once home, I can dig a bit deeper. Just trying to get some info before the riding season gets here in full force!! Weather nice and I could get out now, but I slipped and fell down basement stairs and have severely bruised ribs and moving, much less riding, is painful!
I'll be checking!! And any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.
And Glenn....thank you too!!
