Planing upgrade with thundermax, fullsac, and Stage 1 air. EPA cams suck. I did the conversion on my 05 with andrews tw26 cams and wow what a difference. I want to install the Fullsac pipe with my current Khrome Werks slip-ons and would like to upgrade the cams. What you say community?
If you are after stump pulling and mid range power I'd stick a set of Andrews 48s in there. For a broader power range and better top end Andrews 57's would be my choice. The timing of the 57's are very similar to the Andrews 37 cams used by many in TC 88" and 95" applications.
Please keep in mind the 2014-2016 103 HO engines already come with 255-ish cams from the factory. These cams make very good TQ in the low-mid area due to increased cylinder pressure. The cam profile in the older non-HO 103s was very short/small and I think the same as that used in the old 88/96 engines. My 2014 Stage I 103 HO makes quite a bit more power than my wife's 2013 Stage I 103 due to the new cam profile.
For touring bikes I want big TQ in the low/mid area. I would be wary of cam profiles with a lot of lift along with stock heads and springs but that is just my opinion...

Before you buy anything, be honest with yourself and decide what you really want from the bike. Most look at the mines bigger than your first and not the important part of what you need. Go ride your bike paying attention to the RPM range you spend most of your time riding in. Sure, we all twist the throttle and let it rip, but how much of the time are you really doing that? Most spend 90% or greater of the time riding between idle and 3500 RPM on a HD. If your drag racing then that's a different story. Once you determine what RPM range you want to target then there are several choices that will match what your looking for. Just remember that ~3000 RPM in high gear is ~ 80 mph on all late model TC applications.
Agree with "Define what you want from the bike"
Do you want raw torque off the line, say for drag racing?
Do you want high speed for highway MPH?
For me I want "ride ability" some power to pull on to the highway, a little on the low end for pulling off the line but then ability to pass on the highway. In other words broad curve
I am ending up with:
Big bore 107 (from 103)
Wood Performance TW-777
Jackpot 2/1/2 header pipe
Jackpot Street Outlaw 4" slip-on
AC/DC air cleaner w/ BMF Hi Flow
Thundermax ECU
I have heard of some of the cams being really loud. If you didn't know they were going to be loud it will make you think there was an issue.
