I had my bars changed from a local indy shop, well know, no complaints I've heard of. After installing 10" bars they put the switch pack modules back on and the left one isn't working any functions. The owner called a friend that works parts at the dealer and he said it is a known problem and he stocks quite a few of them. It should be covered under warranty as I only had the bike for a year and few months plus I have extended warranty. Anybody else have similar problem. I understand this is a complete module and can only be repaired with complete swap and flash.

I doubt you will get relief for the switch pack after you changed the stock bars out. I bet they claim installer error.Which seems to be the case , because they worked before they touched it.
You mean the bars I had installed 6 months ago, and worked fine until now?
that's my story and I am sticking to it.
I am not certain about the switch packs on the 2022 models, however, am aware of some issues on my earlier model (a 2014). It seemed that a number of the ft switch packs were going bad.
Hopefully, since the bars were installed six months ago, Harley will come to the party and replace the switch pack. I have a set in my basement (pictured below). Are they like these - came off of my 2021 Ultra? I think they are the same. Changed mind out when I triked the bike and installed a CB with 700 or so miles on it.

I dropped it off Saturday and the service manager (one cool chick) didn't say a thing about when the bars were replaced. She did however says they didn't have the part in stock so she was going to check other dealers. Hope she finds one right away.

Glad they are going to take care of it.
Yep, that part is out of stock. If t will be a long time, reach out to me - we are not that far apart, and you can use mine until your replacement comes in.

Thanks for the offer. Does your bike have RDRS system? That is one question the manager asked me before she looked up the part number.
