Default Arlen Ness Method riser install

I just finished up installing the Method triple tree, risers, and handlebars and thought I'd post up a few pictures and comments.

I took her for the initial test ride and my first thoughts are that it'll take some getting used to but they are comfortable and the setup as a whole really does a nice job of setting you up in a more aggressive position. I didn't rip the twisties on this first ride but I could see how this seating position would give you way more control leaning in the corners, especially at high speed.

I did this install over the course of a week but it could easily be done in a day. I spaced the install out mainly because I didn't realize the I had to buy new perch clamps and riser bushings. Also I couldn't find any 1/2"-13 x 2.25" bolts so I bought some 2.5's and cut them down with the angle grinder. Nothing about the install was "difficult" but there were definitely a few pain in the butt parts like fishing the wiring through the handlebars and risers, cleaning up the wiring (I did an ok job, could be better), and re-pinning the gauge plug. I'm glad I did myself and saved some coin though. Also it gave me something to be proud of.

Let me know if you need additional pictures or have questions!

Looks great man!, I have a similar setup on my limited but I used OG stuff. I little trick I did on mine was I got some 2 1/6 frost plugs and painted them black. Then I stuck a couple tiny magnets in the plug and dropped on the fork caps. Cleaned it right up!

Take a look at 1/2 inch split loom on amazon, you can really tidy up wiring easily with it.
