2023 FLHP (Police Road King). Finally got around to installing LED bulbs in the turn signals along with a Custom Dynamics turn signal converter/brake light flasher. I have tried the Custom Dynamics procedure of leaving the hazard flashers on for two minutes. That doesn't fix it. Other places I have seen the recommendation to flash the hazard lights for 5 to 10 minutes and clear the body module codes. Still get the hyper flash on the dashboard only, the signals flash normally. Is there anything else left to try before adding load resistors?
It being a Road King, the indicator lights are down on the gas tank consol, so they are not distracting. Haven't been out at night yet, so that might change, will just have to see. Anyone know whether, if I do nothing, will a malfunction light of some kind eventually come on? The LEDs set a code for a failed bulb, but so far no MEL has come on.
Interesting. I have a 24 FLHP with LEDs by three different manufacturers all the way around and have not had the hyperflash issue, although I had it on two other late model Glides. Running the emergency flashers always got everything back in sync.
I installed the Custom Dynamics LED's on all four corners of my 2023 RKS and it hyper-flashed for a few days whenever I used the signals. It cleared up on its own and I never gave it another though.
That is, until I read on the forum why it was happening.
In short, it should go away on its own, worry less, ride more.

That is now my plan. I have never trusted the auto cancel feature so I look down to make sure the signals are doing what I want. The hyper flash shows they are still on much quicker than the standard flash rate so, for me, it may turn out to be a good deal. I am just OCD enough to want the proper function, not enough that I can't live with it as is. Thanks everyone.
I have a 22 Road Glide Limited. I put Custom Dynamics in the front signals and the bike had rear filler lights, looks like HogWorkz, on it when I bought it. Everything flashes fine normally. I put a quick detach kit on for the tourpack and now when I take the tourpack off, I get the hyper flash on the dash only. The signals will flash at the normal rate and I only get the hyperflash on the dash when the tourpack is off, when I put it back on, the dash flashes normal again. I couldnt figure it out, I tried all of the different tricks that I found on here and other places online and nothing works. Since the signals flash normal, I just ignore the hyperflash on the dash when the pack is off.
