Default Cooling fans

Looking at adding cooling fans to my 2018 tri glide. Was looking at the mighty mites they are around $450. Then I found baddass fanz they look the same but you can get them for $265. Has anyone had dealings with the baddass fanz and also is it worth it to add fans. Thanks

Your bike is twin cooled already. The addition of a fan is going to have little effect. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Had love jugs copy of the original fans sold by Jason, love jugs stole the design and jacked the price up to the moon. Good to see someone with the same product at almost 1/2 the price.
They work, more air circulating on your air cooler motor is never a bad thing. You already have the oil cooler fan on the trike, why not throw some more air at the motor. You will feel the heat on your right thigh when the fans are on when going slow.

I added a coolflow fan from HD for this riding season. Its only for sub 35 mph, but I will say that I used it on my recent 3500 mile road trip and when in slow traffic or stopped I'd kick it on. It does help pull heat away from your butt as intended. Is it worth the $350, I'm not sure, but I guess I'll say I dont regret spending the money.

FYI, you can only use a horn mount to install those fans on an M8 bike. The twin cams you could do a frame mount , but a no go ,on your bike.

I"ve been rocking Jasons fans for like 10 years now, only had to replace ONE fan since then and did it myself.
Fans are great in stop and go traffic but not needed at speed.

The Baddass Fanz product looks similar to the fans originally designed, produced, and sold by Jason of WardsPartsWerkes. I have set of Jason's fans that I bought in 2013, that are still working on my second bagger to use them.

I'll spare everyone the details of my opinion about Love Jugs or their products, other than to say that In My Humble Opinion, their version of Jason's fans are overpriced and not as good as Jason's fans were. I still have one of Jason's Thermostats on a set of his fans that is still working well.

I have not seen or heard of "Baddass Fanz". I know nothing about the owner, or the product. They look to be a copy of Love Jugs copy, of Jason's fans... I have no experience with, nor knowledge about the quality of Baddass Fanz product.

However, since Jason is no longer in business, and if I needed a set of fans, I'd gamble on Badass Fanz product before doing any business with Love Jugs.

If you should buy a set, make sure to share a review of them on this forum

More air could never hurt. I've got the Mighty Mites and they work good. Along with removing the cat and a tune, I have no "hot as hell" on my leg issues.

I have a set of Jasons fans on my bike for 8 or 9 years now. Once you get stuck on an interstate slowdown, you will be glad you have them.( any type of fan )
