It's just a gripe but I noticed my 2021 Ultra has 2 fewer gauges than earlier models, and maybe fewer than the new 2025's.
A fuel gauge ? Sure that comes in handy..
Speedo and Tach ? Love it.
Voltmeter instead of a temp gauge ? IDK man i guess, but how often does my charging system go bad ? It IS great to know it's working well and easily keeps me from running in circles if the problem is intermittent, but man a temp gauge would be soo much more exciting to watch going up and down as opposed to a constant 14 volts. What was your reasoning Harley ? Cost ? Did you have more volt meters than temp gauges ? This is the stuff that runs through my mind every now and then.
I could put my own temp gauge on, but I doubt I ever will.
Isn't it buried in small font on one of your GTS screens?
I changed my 14 SGS and my 22 SGS over to Dakota Digitals and get air temp, oil temp, and cylinder head temps.......

When a regulator or stator starts going bad, you will appreciate the voltmeter. Or when a cable starts coming loose. Knowing that your charging system is functioning properly at 14.2 volts is pretty important.

Yes!
Last winter on a lunch ride I noticed the needle in the voltage gauge jumping around. After lunch, my motorcycle would not start. Used a jump pack and got the motorcycle started. Made it home and a diagnosis revealed the voltage regulator was defective.

Funny.... on the Twin Cam Ultra Limiteds, everybody complained about the "worthless" air temp gauge and there were a lot of threads about switching it to an oil temp gauge..
I'd much rather have a Voltmeter gauge than an air temp gauge.... Even though they are often inaccurate, they can indicate the start of a charging problem. That would, IMHO, be much more important than air temp
Do you have the GTS radio?
I put a GTS radio in my 2016 Ultra Classic. There is a page that shows air temp. I believe it is the first page of the "info" screen.

I think I saw a pic of those on your bike in the recent past, would you please post another pic of your bike again?
Thanks!
