It's Phantom Harley. This dealer switched hands a year and some change ago. I had a bad experience with the previous ownership. I thought I'd give these guys a chance and up until this everything went pretty smoothly.

When the Dealer scratched my fairing they told me there was no way they could ever match the factory paint job and mine was vivid black.
I would not accept any patch job.

Well called this morning and talked to a different manager. She sounded way more apologetic than the others and she took a very detailed note and contact info. She said the owner would be there this afternoon and would give me a call. I feel like finally getting somewhere in this situation.

No; thankfully no hijinks, dealer tech actually had an encounter with a 2004 Lincoln on a test ride. he was OK, but the long and short of it, the dealer treated me like an inconvenience and it was a headache that cost me $$ (and I traded down to an FLHTCU - I didn't want the crashed bike back)

I wish you all the best, and hope this is sorted out to your satisfaction.

Just got a call back from the owner. They have a painted fairing shell ordered from the MOCO. They will come and pick up the bike and put it on and ship her back to me. He was really nice about the situation and assured me it will be made right. Thanks for all the nuggets of info guys I appreciate it. Now can spring get here already so I can ride this damn thing

Sounds like they finally came to their senses. I don't understand why that wasn't their very first reaction. This kind of stuff happens all the time.
