Like the title states, my 10" Windsplitter Shield rattles at around 2000 to 2200 RPM at slow speeds 25 MPH or so, and also when coming to a stop and down shifting. The screws are torqued properly, even tried tightening just a bit more but does not help.
Anyone having this problem or have a solution or simple fix? Starting to bother me more and more.
I had the sme problem. Changed to a Cee Bailey's "Cee Devil" shield and the problem went away. I didn't change because of the rattle, but the buffeting.

I've had the stock 10" Limited shield and the HD 7" on my bike and neither one of then rattled. Are you sure it's the shield?
Buying a different shield is not an option, besides I like the way this one looks and does a good job of blocking the wind.
Just has a rattle where it is sandwiched between the inner and out fairing. I'm positive it is the windshield cause I can wiggle it and make it rattle when the bike is sitting in the garage. Guess I'll take the outer fairing off one of these days and make sure the cushion tape is in place. Was just hoping someone had a good little tip or trick to stop this. Oh well!!

I suggest you do exactly that. It's not a big deal to take the outer fairing off and see what's rattling.
Do all the new windshields have cushion tape? I haven't seen that on the older bikes. I was going to recommend using the soft side of self adhesive velcro to tighten up the windscreen.
I have the 10" Windsplitter, no rattles here. I do have the trim strip that goes on the top of the fairing near the base of the windshield. Maybe this applies more or wider/even pressure to the mounting points of the 3 screws.
I think this trim piece also adds a nicer finishing touch to the area.
