GPS assistance please

I am in much need of assistance with my GPS on my new 2014 Limited. When I was learning the new system, apparently I typed a location in and now it will not cancel. I went into Recent destinations and deleted them but I cannot find the one that allows the "lady" to keep interrupting my music. I cannot find a troubleshooting link or phone number to call and just about ready to rip the dash off of the bike. Please help. Thank you

emu309 is right you need to press the menu or settings icon on the map screen an stop should be the first option. They didn't do a very good job hiding would be to easy to have a stop sign icon or the word stop on the map page.
