Samson Exhaust Help
2014 FLHR. Tried installing Samson true dual crossovers and Samson long tail mufflers. Went to local dealer and purchase new exhaust gaskets. Everything went pretty smooth. Sounds good. Tried a test run and it wants to spit and sputter. Alot!
I'm guessing it's an exhaust leak. Does that sound correct?
I looked on here earlier and saw where someone said that the SE exhaust gasket will seal correctly. Is that the solution?
Anything else I could check?
I did not change out anything on the intake side so it wouldn't be a tuning, correct?

anytime you do anything with the exhaust the stock tune may or may not work with your setup. on my bike and took the cat's out and new vance and hines duals and the stock tune is pretty darn close on mine. I will still have it dyno tuned when I get around to it.
I think my situation is the exception not the rule for sure. Yours sounds like a classic tune issue to me. good luck with it. paul
