And I thought that I had the only candy orange ultra. so far only 500 miles, no complaints on handling, jury is still out on the seat till I get a few more miles.
Yeah, I have a feeling the seat is gonna have to go. In just the 75 miles I rode I was starting to feel a lot of pressure on the inner upper thighs. I'm thinking I'll probably go for the Sundowner, have yet to read a complaint on that seat.
I'd give the seat a little more time to break in. I found the seat on my street glide got more comfortable after about 1000 miles or so. I also found I am flat footed now at stop lights... When I first got the bike I was kind of on my toes a bit.
A buddy of mine just gave me a set of highway peg mounts and pegs today. (the HD short angled ones) I really like them. Like someone said earlier the long angled ones would be to long for me. I'm 5'9" 32" inseam. I like the looks and the price!! Free from my buddy.....

You might consider those spacers I mentioned in the earlier post. You wouldn't think 3/4" would do much but it gets your thighs off the tank just enough and aligns your legs and feet better. Added bonus is it gets your foot away from that brake pedal as I mentioned. It also makes it easier to do the heel on floorboard, foot on highway peg thing. Something to consider. A $40 fix as opposed to a multi-hundred dollar new seat which will still probably leave your thighs too close to the tank.

1+. One of the first mods I did on my last two bikes. Cheap mods with huge results. I would't ride without them now. Find them HERE
