Looking at the seat also, I don't want to waste money though, hopefully the seat is as good as the people who left feed back say, If it works, I don't mind paying for quality, ive always been a Sundowner fan, and they worked great on my previous bikes, but put one on the 14 limited, and not so great

I had an Ultimate on a VTX some years ago and loved it. I had a Mustang on my last bike (2010 CVO SG) and loved it but I put a Corbin on because you can get them custom made with a lot of color and material choices. This year, I traded my 2010 for a new SGS and the day I got it, I put on the old Mustang that was sitting in the shed for 4 years (the stock HD seats SUCK). I rode it for a month or so and liked the comfort but didn't like the oversized look of the Mustang so I went back to an Ultimate. Man, I forgot how comfortable they are! One of the best things about the Ultimate is I don't need a back rest on it because the back of the rider seat is taller than most others. Tall enough and is positioned just right to give my back all the rest it needs without a clunky added back rest. Makes it a LOT easy for an old geezer to throw his leg over without a back rest in the way. I highly recommend the Ultimate and you can't go wrong with the 14 day trial period. I don't think any of the others do that.

I had an Ultimate seat on my old Softail. It may have been the most comfortable seat I ever had, and I've tried a lot of them.

i have an Ultimate on my metric Yamaha Road Star Silverado 102ci. I found it comfortable but i still had problems over 1.5 hrs. when i bought my harley in 2010, i got a mustang for it. i transferred it to my 2013 Ultra Classic Limited but i would still have problems. I ordered a Russell Day-Long and have not regretted a penny. i think its a good investment, especially if you want to ride tank to tank. my furthest ride in a day was about 450 miles then back the next day. used to be hard to get 100. For me, Ultimate was good but Day-long was better hands down.
