Default LED lights

Hello All,
When installing LED lights this is what I did.
1) Install rears then turn on hazards then put to accessory mode and let it for 5 minute the that the CAM bus system can recognize the voltage
2) Do the rears and do the SAME as front.

NO LOAD EQUALIZERS REQUIRED

I did this in my two 2014 Streetglide Specials

Or it could just be a china rip off version/mash up...
I didn't say they made the HD Daymaker. They make the Kryakyn Light that Harley sells as the Phase 7.

Thanks for all the great advice. I just ordered the HD Reflective LED head light. I got a great price from Kutter on-line. I can't wait to do the CD LED turn / running lights.

OTW... No..I live in Pa and I can't get the local dealers to do it because it isn't legal to have your running lamps on with the high beams here. I am headed for the tail of the Dragon in 2 weeks and figured I would find a dealer somewhere along the way to do it for me.

I got the same run around in NJ but after insisting, the dealer finally did it. It made the world of difference. I highly suggest you try to get someone to do it for you.

It amazes me that dealers won't think twice about removing the cat on an exhaust (in violation of FEDERAL LAW) but get all legal about making the bike SAFER for you in the dark.

I just did the Dragon with the HD Daymaker(projector). The head light was TERRIBLE. I bought it because I wanted a black headlight. It's OK at best when you are going straight. But in the curves it is down right UNSAFE. The beam is very flat from side to side. It lines up real nice on the trunk lid of a car in front of you. But when the bike is banking, you have NO light exactly where you need it most. (i.e. left turn, no light to the left) Even when the high beam is on, and there isn't much difference between high and low beam. Looks good, works lousy, very expensive. Going to see my parts guy and tell him I'm dissatisfied and see where is goes.
