I know there are a bunch of these threads because I've been reading them and still not sure which to try. I like the stock bar height, like the wrist angle in both planes but need to bring them back closer 1-2" so can anyone suggest something.......Klockwerks, Krome Werks, W1, HD reduced reach, HD pullback or something adjustable like Horizon or Klip Hangers.
All they can give me is yes, we can get them for you, I'm looking for someone that has done the same and can give some feedback and maybe a photo of them mounted. I'd like to only do it once rather than go through a series of bars (and $$$) looking for the right ones.
In the same boat. Went into dealer and had them pull the Reduced Reach bars out of the box and set on counter. Checked writs position from a best guessed riding position......and for me, hell no! They bent my wrists inward so far that even the parts guy was shaking his head "no" before I looked up. He then told me he doesn't recommend those bars to many unless they are smaller people. I'm only 5'8" and the stock bars pain me on long rides, but those Reduced Reach bars would be like biker hell in comparison!
Called today and the Klock Werks Ergo Bars are NOT available for the 2014 models yet, so don't let anyone fool you into thinking they'll fit. According to the manufacturer, they won't.
I'm settling on the Khrome Werks Sweeper bars, but I just can't decide on the +2 Sweepers or the 2+2 Sweepers yet.
