Hooked up two helmets today for an upcoming long road trip. Everything works ok except the passenger helmet cannot hear my voice. I have ruled out any issue with cables or the intercom units.
Issue seems to be with either the head or the plug. When I switch helmets the other helmet has the same issue in the rear. Going into setup I cannot adjust the intercom volume for the rear (see attached picture) only for the front which works fine.
Can the passenger/rear hear radio, music, CB ? Your photo looks like the unit is not showing a connection with the rear.
Yes, she can hear the music into the ear pods, just not my voice from the front. The music.media has that same front/rear audio adjustment which works, just its X out and does not allow me to adjust it when I switch to the intercom setup.

Double dumb *** on me, it was simply the volume control on her seat. I was trying to make that adjustment up front when all I really needed to do was turn up the volume using her controls.
Hey, don't be down on yourself. I don't have the new 2014 model, but on my 2010 bike I CAN adjust the rear intercom volume from both the front control and the rear.

Win!!
Thanks guys
Yes, they changed the controls a lot this year. If the intercom is active and you move the volume button, it will adjust the intercom volume, not the radio volume.
