Hi everyone I am new to this forum. I currently have a 2018 Street Glide that I love. But!!! Wanted something to whip around town on. I rode a deluxe, fat boy and the low rider. The low rider was by far the best for what I want. I was supposed to be picking up a vivid black low rider tomorrow but after seeing the picks of the midnight blue I am a bit conflicted. This forum is a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to picking your brains going forward. I do have a quick question for those that have the Harley street slammer bars. How tall are you and how is that reach? I like the look of the bars but I am only 58 and dont want to feel like I am on a crouch rocket again. Thanks for your help.
I'm 5'9", the street Slammers are a perfect fit for me. The reach is to the rear of the gas caps which with where the foot pegs are, make for a slight lean and bent elbow. Not at all like a Ninja.

Whats wrong with the Hippie Low Rider Buckhorn Bars LOL
I think the old Buckhorn bars would be an improvement, the "new" Low Rider bars are like a cross between Buckhorn and Beach bars. BTW, should the name Low Rider be one or two words?
I have been told 2 different things. The CAT are in the mufflers and that they are in the headers. So what the heck is it. Asked a guy at the dealership today who said I believe they are in the headers. I believe means I dont know but I will blow smoke up your *** and tell you its fog.
If the CAT is in the mufflers, if you put after market mufflers do you need to do a tune?

Thanks
If you are just replacing mufflers and not messing with the intake, no tune is needed. Bike runs fine.
