Thanks - I prefer the Chrome look too

Yes, that looks killer

I like the Gloss Black pipes - who did you use? When I got mine powder coated Satin Black I could not find anyone to do Black Chrome and mine were the most shiney I could get (from Jet-Hot).

I used a local shop but keep in mind I'm in Belgium , this was done in 2018 and they shut down in the meanwhile, they couldn't a new environment license and the forced to close. I am now looking for another company, but they are
no longer easy to find locally. The only one I have found so far to work on my Jeckil & Hyde exhaust has a waiting period of 6 months and wants to get the parts in advance. So I'm not going to do that, just leave a 3K exhaust there for
6 months, and then in the meantime they go bankrupt or can no longer find the parts. I would have liked to make the appointment and sign a orderform so they have then call me when it could be done and I would deliver the parts within
the hour, but they did not want that.

Sounds like someone I wouldn't want to do business with anyway...

Finally! ....got the lhs passenger footrest bracket off.
The torx head had rounded so that any torx bit just turned.
So I had to take EXTREME measures - took the angle grinder to it and a stud extractor.

Damn that's brutal. WTF happened?

Also

What do you guys think about the Wheel Combo? Slotted front Solid back looks pretty unique.
It's a shame these bars are uncomfortable for me. They need to be in a set of really tall and pulled back risers.
Gotta get my modular bars on the bike ASAP.

It was in there so f**king tight that I broke 3 Torx head tools and ended up butchering the torx head such that any torx tool wouldn't grip and just span in the head of the bolt.

I had no option but to take drastic measures.
I even needed, with the stud extractor, a 1m breaker bar and my full force to break it free.
I freely admit that I DO NOT like this extreme approach but didn't have a choice.
(I had already ordered, and received, a replacement set of passenger peg brackets prior to doing this).

P.S. I'm not sure about that front wheel - it looks a little odd to me.

Got my DK Custom TTI-118's installed in my V&H super quiet baffles

There's only one problem - they won't fit down the exhaust pipes unless I grind off half the nut

I got the idea from old Sportster Choppers
A fair portion of them have a solid rear and spoked front, and the slotted wheel is a retro futuristic throw back to that style.
IIRC there was a few model years with the sportster where it came from the factory with Disc Rear Spoked Front. I cant remember which models and years though.

If you can find a slim nut, you'll only have to grind down the Stud. A slim nut and a good helping of Red Loctite might make them able to slide in and stay in.
Vance and Hines pipes got you in a bit of a difficult situation.
You might be able to get some advice from DKCustom about it. They tend to be pretty proactive about helping people.
