I don't like the stock round air cleaner like in my sig picture.
Any thoughts or advice on these three I've tried? Or, just give one a vote if you like it.
Notes: The white cover is white diamond vinyl wrap, the touring AC loses the plastic bottom if I keep it.
#1...don't care for the 114 White/silver insert...all black would be much better
#2...the white vynle wrap does not match...again, all black would be better
#3...just don't care for the turing style on a softeail, however the chrome is better than #1 or #2 as pictured.
All black blends in nicely, chrome visualy jumps out...what ever is you preference. A chrome oval with the black SE insert would, maybe, be the best combination.

Thanks man, was having a hard time finding a direction here.
Personally, I think the touring A/C just looks natural on the Milwaukee 8. Of the two Ventilators, the white looks good on the bike.
Is there an ergonomic advantage to either of the two?
Neither of them is in the way.
I like the touring one well enough, just wish it was scaled down in size a bit for the Softail. With a upgraded backing plate and filter element the touring one probably performs the best for horsepower applications.
I agree with others on the black ventilator looking the best. The white doesn't look horrible either though. No to #3.
Thanks.
See, I had the touring one on there for two months sitting in my garage before I got the black Ventilator, it looked foreign to me. This is why I tried the white wrap and am asking for opinions.
You could upgrade the element of the ventilater to tbe extreme one, and then do the extreme vetilater cover. Accorsing to moco they use the same backing plate. That might look and perform well
