On a 2019, Deluxe, I want to add the Clearwater Billie Light. This light when the brakes are not applied, sort of dimly flashes. When the brake is applied, it flashes very bright for three times before going to a solid, very bright red.

Does anyone have any information that can help me. Thanks in advance.
