This isn't my bike, but is a great example of uncommon mods that can make this bike go a completely different direction than the typical "club style" you see a lot with the FXBB. I am currently working on sending mine in a similar direction, and this bike is a big source of inspiration for me. Particularly, I have some "discontinued" decals arriving today similar in style to these. I also will be doing a rocker and cam cover changeout, going to the Slim's bare steel looking tone rather than chrome or blacked-out, probably on my next oil change. Anyway, this bike is my main template for things to change to give a very different direction while still keeping it obviously "streetbob":
Hey thanks man, happy to see someone using the bike as a source of inspiration. Let me know if you have any questions regarding the mods.

Its a S&S air cleaner, not striped down to bare metal but I had it painted in silver which has an aged look on it.
Some really nice builds on here. Im picking up my street bob today.
It already has a few bits done:
V&H Big radius
Heavy breather
Stage II Torque Cam
Powervision
Saddlemen Step up seat
Forward controls
Hollywood bars
Planned to do:
Derby cover
Flush fit black fuel cap
Passenger pegs
Sissy bar with Saddlemen pad
Black headlamp trim
Upper forks black wrap
Black levers
Profile custom mirrors
Swing arm vertical number plate
Remove rear reflectors
Smoke rear indicators
Possible black spokes - not decided.
If your bike is a EU version then you can forget the smoked rear lens caps because they are 3in1 led that can't be opened, I smoked mine with a spraycan and works perfect.
I have the black spokes on mine, done with black pvc covers to see if it was oke, I was thinking to do fat spoke wheels all black with chrome or polished nipples but the price
quote I've got was ouragious, 4,3K .
Now I found someone who makes spokes in RVS and also black, I'm thinking to buy these and respoke (again ) my current wheels.

Hi, Thanks fir the info
Yes its an EU version. I did hear this about the led rear lights but couldn't find an answer so I bought some lens tint just incase.
Thanks for the tip on the spokes. Covers looks like a good option to go with first. Looks great with the white walls

You are welcome, so I gonna order the black RVS spokes and wil powdercoat the existing hubs black but that will be a job for next winter
Im thinking of changing my Hollywood bars to something a little higher but cant decide on ape hanger style, chizzled or risers on the same bars / different bars.
could anyone with pics of there bars put a photo up so I can have a look at the different options please?
Very nice - that is the first Street Bob I have seen with this look - smaller diameter front wheel with fat tire and drag bar. Looks like a big, beefed up sportster 48, which isnt a bad thing. Also, like the exhaust.
Do any of you with the H-D standard forward controls for the FXBB have any suggestions for improving the position of the brake pedal? It is pretty awkward as it sits.
