So, to sum up, and only to confirm for your side, if it is possible...
1) the wonderful screws are STYKFITŽ7
2) when you say "angrever", you're saying a normal metal drill bit, right?
3) You have removed one of the two screws, so the configuration you are going to try is without the dbkiller but with the baffle

2 No, before is mandatory,due to the air you have around the screw, to make a mark on the top of the pin in order to avoid the drill bit goes out from that air scratching the pipes top; in Italy the name is bulinatore .
3 I removed 6 tamperproof screws (3 per pipe) and the dB killer not yet touched the ones on the side because not needed.
I was warried about the thread because in Genoa where I leave is not so easy found out inches thread screws. Surprised about that

That makes it a bit easier, now I can get replacement bolts before removing the db killer
Consider that 4 mm and 5/32 (3,968mm).inch are quiet similar... strange to me they product to different kind of components

Well, solved the mechanical problems, I would like to ask you, MoneyFor, for the papers..Have you received the certificate of conformity (as a compliance report)? In Spain we have mandatory periodic reviews, and that certificate is mandatory (in theory signed by an approval laboratory)
