V&H FP3 FXLRS issues

Good afternoon,
I just got my FP3 in the mail, and I’m having trouble trying to load a map to my bike. I just keep getting the error code D800 PAR0EE, 252 092. I’ve updated everything including my phone and still can’t get a map to load.

has anybody else experienced this issue? I already emailed customer support but wanted to know everyone else’s experience with this.

You might be one of the first with an FP3 on a 2020 bike.

Yea I seen that but it didn’t answer anything at all unfortunately.

I guess the obvious questions are 1) does the FP3 support 2020 bikes yet, and 2) have any other tuners been used on the bike yet. I'm assuming 2 is a no, Lookimg at v&h site it looks like the FP3 supports 2020 softails, so then I wonder if any updates are needed? Firmware, etc? There's an update utility, right?

It’s says all 2020 softails... yea I got nothing and bike has never been tuned.

Was going to buy one of these just to view stats and codes and flash my ECU when my warrant is closer to expired. Anxiously awaiting feedback as I thought this would have been used numerous times already on this model.
