Not much torque drop at high rpm. Shift at redline for top performance. (I used you're 30/70 pulley ratio in the speed calculations)

Stock 107 for comparison:

Actually I don't fully understand the chart. I thought it would show cross over shift points like your 2nd chart did. Are your data points only going to 5,500 rpm? What do you consider redline? 6K, 6,200? SE tuner says it allows to 6,400 rpm but my dyno pulls seem to be stopped at maybe 6,200. Dyno operator said its still pulling when it hits the limiter. If that is the case I bet the stage 4 cam would really be short shifted.

Your chart goes to 6000 rpm which is about where your dyno run stopped. In order for the curves to cross you have to drop more torque with rpm than the torque change from one gear to the next.
Redline is a mechanical limit to prevent engine damage. Maybe 6400 rpm.

Am I missing something or does that chart say that the stage 3 Sport Glide is laying down 1,200 Ft-lbs of torque at WOT at 30mph? LOL. Seems a tad high.

Well its mechanical leverage based on gear reduction. Notice the stock 107 was over 900 at peak in 1st gear. Lol at 1200 she better hang on tight.
Something odd though using the calculator chart for the 30/70 sprocket & pulley that I run shows 150 mph to be 6,227 rpms. This doesn't match very well with the above chart. I'm sure Hulkss will have some insight & thoughts.

20,000 miles with Stage 3 107 to 114 and very satisfied with low end performance and overall power, driveability and reliability. Of course, now I'd probably be considering the 128 upgrade kit. Hope to ride both a 128 and 131 kit a couple of weeks from today if H-D has them in their demo fleet at Daytona Bike Week.

Oops, the chart was not linked to the last data point. Here's an update.
The plotted points are every 500 rpm ending at 6000.

Xcrossbox Same here if H-D would have made that announcement about 60 days sooner I probably would have waited and went from a 107 to a 128. Lol I still might do a 128 in about 22 months from now. I had not thought of that, we're trying to make some Daytona Bike Week plans this weekend. A demo ride would be cool. Did you ever dyno it?

Rear wheel torque, not engine crankshaft torque. First gear on his bike is a torque multiplier of 10.534.
