Post Twin cam pipes fit evo engines. how about M8?

Does any one know if the pipes from a twin cam will bolt up to the M8 engines? I do know that twin cam pipes work on evo era engines. so evo pipes bolt to twin cam heads. so do the M8 pipes fit others.? any one try it yet?

The M8 is a completely different engine architecture vs any prior big twin. I highly doubt that any other pipes would fit. Good luck!

Here is a TBR 2-1 M8 exhaust on a Twinkie.
People said it couldn't be done but it can!

Were there any mods required?

There was two modifications I had to do on the bike, not the pipes. I had to make a new oil vent line because the rear exhaust was
hitting it, the M8 do not have these oil lines like the TwinCam does. And, I did a little work on the Cam Cover because the front pipe
was a little close and I was worried it might get hot enough to discolour the powder coat. If you look at pictures of the TBR 2-1 exhaust
on M8 models you will see that the front pipe is very close to the cam cover anyway. The front and rear header pipes are separate pieces
so it might have made it a little easier to fit.

Yes it is my understanding that a 45 deg engine exhaust is in the same location on heads.

I thought they rotated the rear cylinder a few degrees on the M8. Nice to know.
