New bike issues

Good morning all. I have a 2020FXBB or street bob. My wife and I rode about 350 miles yesterday and started hearing a roaring sound from the left side. This turned out worse with ringing. I stopped and looked into it and noticed the belt was against one side of rear pulley the rear axle bolt was not even on each side kinda more to the left and belt was too tight. Do I have a front shaft bearing issue. I had to get my father in law to pick us up and towed the bike home now im trying to figure out what to do. Any suggestions

Take it straight back to where you bought it.

If any damage has been done you want it fixed under warranty or you want to reject the bike.

The belt running to the outside of the rear pulley is normal. Every belt drive Harley I have owned (and that's a lot) have done that. Your belt could very well be too tight from the factory and the alignment could also be off from the factory. They were both off on my Heritage. I found the spec for the belt to be too tight my SM say's 1/2 to 9/16 I adjust mine 5/8 to 11/16 or it makes noise. Just my experience.

Second this suggestion. You probably have Lemon Law protection as well as warranty protection, but you can lose both if you try to fix it yourself. NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!
