Remove the battery for winter?

I've put my Street Bob up for the winter but I have a problem in that there is no electricity running to my garage. Because of that, I can't place a trickle charger on my battery so I am wondering about removing it and keeping it in the house. What will be the result of the battery not being installed for so long? WiIl it mess with the computer? Will I have to reset the pin and such?

No issues. Will still need to maintain it in the house. Another option.... you can get a solar trickle charger.

I remove my battery every winter. No issues except you will have to set the clock next spring.

Another option is do you have a spare car battery in the 100Ah range? If so just connect that to the bike in parallel with the bike battery. Every couple of months bring the battery in and put it on a charger.
