I did an extreme air filter and V@H slash cuts WITH inserts with the stage 1 tune on the better more adjustable SE tuner I also added 2 degrees of timing across the range, and believe it could use a 2 more degrees at least.
She lost a little down low but feels like it might rev a little quicker.
Have you tried to run some auto tunes ?
If that doesnt help , try to call VH.
I've done both. No change. I had 3 tunes sent from V&H customer services, didn't change the decel pop, but made the throttle roll-on more snatchy. I went back to the tune that came pre-loaded and put up with the popping. But I don't like it.
Worst thing is, when I took the top silencer off, to see if I could fit it any tighter, the rear most bolt that mounts to the frame seems to be soft. The Allen key just spins in the head. Can't see how to remove it now.

OK , seems like you have done yours.
My decel pop stopped after some auto tunes, and I got the tuner set in the lowest popping.
My motor is the twin cam 103 , I dont know if that should make a difference.
