Hey everyone,
I finally bit the bullet and traded my Ultra Limited in on a 2020 FLHCS. I must be doing something wrong because for the life of me I can't figure out how to take the windshield off, I pull on it and it feels like it is glued to the grommets. Help please.
Straddle the front tire, steadily pull from the top towards you, it should feel real tight at first, then free itself and almost fall into your hands. The first time I was scared I'd break it, but a solid firm pull (with tilt from the top) should do it.
check you tube I am sure there will be some videos on this. Personally I push from the behind the handlebar position (where horizontal and verical frame meet) till I get upper bracket loose and then switch side and pull by frame from the front. I also put towel on headlight to assure I dont scratch it. Yes it is tight as hell

Excellent, I did it just like you said including the towels on the headlight and running lamps, you are right, that sucker is tight as hell but it does come off.
