Heh, same thing happenedd wwith me. I forgot to add that my original post. Cheap fender tips and rattles. I dissed em, afterwards I got to looking at it after detailing it. I liked it without...lulz
Yes....its infuriating. On my replacement trim I coated the studs and retainers with liquid nails on the inside of the fender. My goal was to hold the studs in place, but coat them to give some protection against rocks that must hit them to break them. So far, it is solid as a rock.
Which type of liquid nails product did you use?
