Nice bike !
Question: Do front lowers quiet down the wind buffeting?
Thanks,

Thank you... Yes, absolutely. I'm guessing they work in the same vein as the fangs that fit to the fork legs whereby the wind coming up between the rider and the screen is to the greater part mostly deflected and thus greatly reduced. A great addition for both winter riding and long hauls unless the weather is sublime. They also fold up really neatly for stowing in the panniers when not in use.

I'd be looking to have something myself but can't stand the looks of what I've seen so far, would love to have something along the lines of R&G crash bungs
It doesn’t bother me in the slightest. “Crash bars” were standard fitment on Harleys from way back in the day. In fact the Heritage doesn’t look “complete” without them IMO.

Bought on eBay. Don't remember the brand.

It doesn't bother the vast majority otherwise they wouldn't sell.
S'all horses for courses, I can't stand them, I could maybe get behind something along the lines of the offerings from Bung King, but only if I can't find something a little more appealing to my eye.

Hopefully your bike never goes down but if it does make sure it looks “more appealing to your eye” while on it’s side all torn up.

As with everything in life, you pays your money and takes your chances.
I see no point in riding a bike I don't like the look of, hell if I was worried about dropping it I'd sooner leave it in the garage than fit bars which (in my opinion) drag the look down to that of a learner ER5, I'm not ragging on those that have them, I'd just sooner not.

It's all down to personal taste.
