I get a rattle from my front brake rotor/disc. It's the self centering mechanism that's loosened up. I'm ok with it, now I know nothing's about to drop off 😁👍.
I am sure someone already figured this out just not sure whats the fix. My saddlebags on Heritage rattle where lower arm goes into grove in the frame mount on the bottom. Thing drives me nuts. Whats the fix?
I also have some rattling sound up front at around 3000rpms. I already fixed both gas caps and tight all the bezels rings on front lamps so what is next to check?
Come on HD WTH?
I had a similar rattle 2900-3000 up front on a 2021 FLHCS Heritage after purchase. I used a soft rubber hammer and lightly tapped everything around the front end including the front forks and lights. My source of noise was where the front panel (61400458) that covers both the upper forks behind the headlight touched the left fork's round upper fork cover (45800110). From behind I pushed the panel cover away from the fork cover so there was a 1/8" space between them all around. The right side was ok. Tapping the nearby lights made no noise. Also my oil cooler cover was loose so I thread locked and tightened the lower screw then put some black RTV over the two tangs where the upper cover hooks onto the frame.

big thanks for this tip. I actually replaced rear side of this fork cover on my bike so maybe thats why. I will definitely check this out. Appreciate your help and will report back soon
It looks to me that there needs to be clearance all the way around those round upper fork covers. If they can hit then tapping the cover will move it slightly and it'll make a buzzing noise compared with the other one that's quieter. I guess that's what the engine does at around 3K rpms....set up a frame shake that makes close parts contact each other. The rubber hammer test does work. My 114 does vibrate a bit more than the 107 Deluxe I had earlier.

Buzzing and rattling of the fork cover/headlamp shroud was a common issue in my old FLSTN. The front cover was always working loose enough to rattle. Its amazing how a noise like that will carry right to your ear over wind, engine and exhaust.
